Before your chair massage
Sign up with your site administrator for an appointment. Each appointment is typically 15-20 minutes, depending on the agreement made with the company or group sponsoring the event.
If you're not feeling well, or have a fever, you should not receive a massage. Call to reschedule if you need to.
Expect your therapist to ask a few questions to make sure it is safe for you to receive a massage.
When you arrive
Don't be late! make sure to plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your chair session. If you're late, that cuts into your time!
Ask your therapists any questions you have and let them know about any medica issues before you begin your session.
Remove jackets, sweaters and heavy outergarments.
During and after your session
Once on the massage chair, relax and enjoy. It is perfectly acceptable to talk with your therapist, especially if you want more, or less pressure, or if something seems tendor or painful. Your session will be better if you tell us what you like or don't like.
After your session, be sure to drink plenty of water for the rest of the day. That will help you keep relaxed and prolong the great feeling you have when you've completed your massage session.
